Nov 21, 2008 - yeah, lots of times we ask God, why is he letting all this shit happen to us, you know? I guess there really isnt an answer about why you didnt feel the presence of God if you prayed alot. I know in the bible it says to have faith when you pray and believe that it can happen and it will be done. My guess is just continue to pray and God will surely show himself to you in some way or another. Sorry about your troubled times . I wish you got the experience of prayer instead of me:)

Nov 21, 2008 - I know in the bible Jesus is told to be "The ONLY way to heaven is through Jesus" Therefore (i am not judging, and i do not know 100% the truth) my guess would be that if they lived a good "earthly" respected, giving, happy life but... did not believe in Jesus. they would go to hell. We as christians do not know many answers but continue to ask me ?'s. also man, being a christian only means that you believe in Jesus and that he is the only one way to heaven. THATS IT! SIMPLE isnt it:)

He cant forgive people who have turned,not because he is some omnipotent jerk, but because those people are severed from him and his forgiveness. Would it be sensible to ask another country to declare you innocent of your crimes in your homeland? God refers to true believers as people belonging to the "Kingdom of Heaven," which is why they can be forgiven.

We don't have to do anything to get to heaven except trust in his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. now don''t take this wrong; i'm not preaching at you, i'm not condeming you. I just want to know how hard is that? All you have to do is believe that the Lord Jesus took your sins away and you will be saved, and will go to heaven. now you should want to live by the bible after that, but it is extremely easy to be saved.
