PLEASE RATE & COMMENT SO I KNOW YOUR WATCHING Ummah Films Once you find the person to marry, then you notify your parents. Sometimes, there is drama involved, sometimes there isn't. This video is about all the back and forth negotiations one goes through when dealing with their parents about marriage. Its usually an issue when the parents and their kids have completely different views of marriage. I think many young people who are going through the process can totally relate to this video.

Nov 13, 2008 - wow your seriously ignorant... and for any muslim who is reading this comment, its like Caliphat Ali (god bless him) said: ما من عالم الّا غلبته, وما من جاهل الّا غلبني

Nov 13, 2008 - and would you stop replying back because its no use...

Nov 14, 2008 - Hang on, don't tell me not to reply to you and then carry on lecturing me. If you want to talk, I talk back, that's how this works. Nuns cover their heads because St Paul said that men were above women and were at their head, whereas God was at men's heads so they shouldn't cover theirs. He was talking crap of course and nuns are silly gullible women who are no closer to God than I am. Covering your head doesn't get you closer to anything except stupidity and arrogance.
akkilani Says:
Nov 15, 2008 - dude... if you want to talk im perfectly okay with it but would you stop that arrogant attitude first? I mean lets talk in a civilized way would we?

Nov 16, 2008 - covering heads up is a MUST period. but nobody can force anybody, it's just between you and Allah. AND if a girl choose to not wear it, she will be punished on judgement day.
akkilani Says:
Nov 16, 2008 - um that didnt make sence... if its a must then she has to wear it weather she likes it or not... but she cant be obliged to wear if and chose if she wants or not.
kulankk Says:
Nov 16, 2008 - what doesn't make sense? Yes it's a MUST to cover up and she HAS to wear it as it says in the Quran. However, you see many girls don't WHY? cause they choose not to, just like those Muslim people who don't pray five times a day when know they HAVE to. And when I said "nobody can force anybody, it's between you and allah" I meant that (while people can still remind you to do your obliagations as a muslim person) you're the one who will be facing Allah on judgment day and paying for your sins.

Nov 16, 2008 - so dumb, muslims and some culture call other ppl from same religion or nation SISTERS! but they die to fuck them and so often call them sister and in the end they ask to have sex relation with. Call all of them SISTER but want to fuck them! hey brother... hi sister, but locking to get out of each others sex pleasure. calling someone sister it dose not bring you closer, is just acting STUPID.

Nov 17, 2008 - It matters the extent of mixing. I'm sure weddings can be mixed if they hold the same dignity as a religious event (which are also mixed in the mosque) but if the men and women start dancing or flirting, this is of course, not allowed.
xxcoolxx2333 Says:
Nov 17, 2008 - lol this is funny and true XD
akkilani Says:
Nov 17, 2008 - exactly thats what i mean...
ramadan129 Says:
Nov 17, 2008 - I'm sure that's what he meant. At most mosques, men and women eat in different areas, but of course, are allowed to talk to each other. This is social hijab that keeps the dignity of both women and men. He's implying the same thing im sure, he just doesnt want women and men mingling completely. And many times for weddings, the women have their own "pre-wedding" party, where they can dress up without the men there. That is, many times, the funnest part
akkilani Says:
Nov 17, 2008 - wow... nice, thats what was exactly what i was thinking! lol, thats weird...

Nov 13, 2008 - oh and one last thing that you should know... Women arent forced to wear the hijab, its her choise. If she feels she is close to God, or religious then she can wear it... no one should force her at all, its the same way nuns in christianity cover their heads, because they are religious. I think i get the picture...
