Apr 14, 2008 - One way is to create a cylinder, draw a circle, push/pull it up into a cylinder. Then use the scale tool to scale the top of the cylinder to a cone shape. The better method is to use the follow-me tool to create a lathed shape from a cone profile. Watch the video on follow-me to see how this would work.
