They probably mimicked the actors voices and just had them sing in they're anime voice. Why not ask the creator of this video with a personal message(seeing as though he doesn't have the time to read all our comments)?

Dec 5, 2008 - It's just tons of medleys originating from Nico Nico Douga, and someone decided to glue them all together and assigning each one to a characters they sound like or was posted as. If you watch a couple of these videos you'll notice that the singers original name is written under each character.
