Is that really the story they are sticking to because I can't see any imbicile falling for that story. However, living in Canada, I am well aware the police get away with a lot. PS use of Batons are for large muscle groups and kick are rarely used by police, strikes are. Check your facts first. Look into the forensics of mechanism of injury before casting judgement.
