Evolution explains it well. You say that evolution is not proven? Could you point me to some of that evidence? Im not dogmatic, so if there is evidence countering evolution, I dont have a problem in recognizing it. On a personal note, have you ever read anything serious about evolution? Like an academic paper or a book?

Jan 5, 2009 - Hardly. Veganism only works a way to lose weight if you either 1. Eat pretty much nothing but tofu. or 2. Had an incredibly bad diet before. Being vegan you don't get the same levels of the proteins found in white meats that lower appetite, thereby feel more hungry. Its also so much more difficult to get the right balance of muscle to maintain a weight because protein is harder to get. However, thats because people get it wrong, being vegan is actually really easy :)
