Jan 8, 2009 - I would agree to a certain extent. Big and Pac obviously reached out the crowds and were great in their way but Talib really represented for those "intellectual underground rappers". Talib was on the forefront of a movement that ran parallel with Big and Pac but never got notice unless by hardcore hip hop heads or NYC heads.
