This was a Memorial Video that I put together for Big Joe's Funeral. Big Joe Duskin was a Cincinnati Legend and a great man that was well loved by many throughout the world. He was a world class musician that lived an interesting life. My company has been working on a Documentary of his life since 2006. It should be done by late July. If you are interested in finding out when & where the World Premier Showing will be, leave me a message with your email telling me you are interested. Or, if you are interested in purchasing the DVD when it's done, let me know in your message and I will notify you in a few months when it's available.

Oct 20, 2007 - Was very sad to hear he passed away. Joe was a good friend of mine and always took the time to write and mail me many cassetts on teaching boogie woogie. His VHS video on how to play Boogie Woogie Prayer,Cuttin the Boogie,Boogie Woogie Stomp, etc and Freddie's Slacks Down the road a piece gets played over and over again. May he rest in peace in Boogie Woogie heaven bob

Nov 13, 2007 - A tear falls as I learn from this posting that Joe is gone. He was a kind force and could roll the boogie. I liked him alot. I see my old bud Jimmy in a couple of these photos. I still have an old analog master of an 86 Pickle Barrel show that I taped of the board. Joe, Larry, Jimmy, Phil and Big Ed. Man I miss Cincinnati music. I still play but live in the woods of NH 70 miles from Boston and the Boston music scene is lame(ala Berklee,). The Natty had the cross cultural funk.
