Dec 10, 2008 - UN inspectors would have had to validate those claims of WMD'S, and Afghanistan wouldn't have aproved on the US setting up bases. Plus no international effort would have been possible without 9/11. The majority of Americans didn't want war, and would have been opposed to the war carrying on as such. Other countries would have been quick to contend for that oil rich country if it was apparent that the US was in it for geopolitical control and oil.

Then the charges would have to be installed, this would take a lot longer than the distance of time between the attacks on the twin towers and the falling of building 7.
