Dec 4, 2008 - This is awesome, it sounds cruel but walking never hurt anyone, it only makes them stronger. This isn't punishment or intentional creulty. Plus the idea is seemly; if someone does poorly they dont leave them behind in the dust but try to educate them to do better. If the leaders are good, fair, and interested in helping them; they could really make a difference. I don't think anyone wants to be a failure they just haven't learned to focus their energy and efforts properly.
