Dec 27, 2008 - The subject matter of the show STUNK but the acting and the music and the cinemaphotography were SUPERB. Heck, movies still try to imitate the style of that TV show. The camera work was (and really still is) in a class of its own.

Dec 28, 2008 - You know the funniest thing I read about Miami Vice the series was that in one season of filming Tubs and Crocket despatched 167 bad dudes prematurely into their next life. But the stats for the entire real life Miami police department had less killings over several years attributed to the whole department lol. Just goes to show: the real life guys arent doing enough to clean up the streets lol. Afterall its still called the port of call for Columbian mafia.
