If you had a list of places to stop, you would focus on the driving between where you are and the first stop, not out there worrying if you will get to the 4th stop on time. It is a letting go of worry and just waiting to see what happens if you stay focused where you are, not so much on future goals.

If you want to learn mindfullness, just take a FREE (absolutely) 10 day Vipassana course (taught by Goenka), and experience what Mindfulness is. Talk Talk Talk and trying to understand Mindfulness (western mind), is just useless.
