What ever happened to priority number one in Iraq: Security? All we hear about anymore is getting the Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) on their feet. Forget that for now, we need security. As a matter of fact, according to UN Res. 1511 & 1483 it is our responsibility to secure Iraq before we leave. Are you listening Rep. Pelosi?

Jan 30, 2007 - Where does it say this in these UN Resolutions? Did you actually read them, or hear a reference to them, like no your precious FOX "news?" The US has a responsibility to the Iraqi people, to do what they want, the US illegally invaded them, if the Iraqi people want the US to leave then they should leave. Which is clear that they do. Also considering that the majority of Americans and people all over the world are against this.
PaulMuaddid Says:
Jan 30, 2007 - Have died for no reason. The reason they died for was money. Every day more Americans and Iraqis are dying over there. Around 650,000 civilians have died in this "crusade." Do you know how much money is spent of this war? How about our military? Now compare that to what is spent on education, and health care.

Jan 31, 2007 - How many times have you been over? How many Iraqis have you personally talked to, on the ground, both Shiite and Sunni? What part of refusing to let inspectors in, under UN mandate, do you not get? I think it is YOU that needs to get their facts straight and their Post Gulf War history in line first before you try to argue your point...
PaulMuaddid Says:
Jan 31, 2007 - Fact: Iraq had no WMDS. Fact: Iraq had no connection to 9/11 or Al Qaeda. You don't need to go to Iraq to know that....hahaha. The Bush Administration lied to the world, which resulted in hundreds of thousands dead, mostly civilian and a greater threat to US security. How can one have a "war on terrorism?" You think the Bush Administration is serious about stopping terrorism?
PaulMuaddid Says:
Jan 31, 2007 - BTW, Iraq let weapons inspectors back in in 2002. Do you think imperialism is a good thing?
willweill0011 Says:
Jan 31, 2007 - Do you think radical fundamentalism is a good thing?
PaulMuaddid Says:
Feb 22, 2007 - No. Do you think a government that lies to its people is good? Do you think a corrupt government is good? Do you think imperialism is good? Do you think fascism is good? What is your point?
willweill0011 Says:
Feb 22, 2007 - you stated the question first. I just answered it with another one. And they forced weapons inspectors back OUT in 03...
PaulMuaddid Says:
Feb 22, 2007 - What was the proclaimed reason for invading Iraq? WMDs, an imminent threat to the US, and ties to 9/11. All were lies. Chief weapons inspector Hans Blix said in January 2003 that "access has been provided to all sites we have wanted to inspect" and Iraq had "cooperated rather well" in 98 the US pulled the inspectors out.
PaulMuaddid Says:
Feb 22, 2007 - The US invaded Iraq based on lies, in order to gain control of the second largest oil reserve in the middle east and to enhance its control over the middle east. As a result hundreds of thousands of people are dead, hundreds of billions of dollars wasted and the US now has many many more enemies.

Sep 11, 2007 - General BETRAY-US is a stone faced liar just like Chimp Bush!
ikekll Says:
Apr 6, 2008 - Rumsfeld insisted on a limited number of troops in the initial phase. A set up for failure from the get go. April 2008 now-how can our military gain trust when this happens: "The Awakening council" of Sunni hired to help the US fight insurgents, are on strike for not being paid the $10/day promised. Also, this good to know: "Sunni Iraqis commonly refer to Shia Iraqis as Iranians...they do not consider the Shia Iraqis to be real Arabs they refer to them as Iranians, who are Persian."

Nov 17, 2006 - I have no idea what Iraq this General is in. Sen. McCain is the only one fighting for the "lets win this thing then get out." Vs. "lets cut and run, screw the troops that have died for no reason." There are too many "yes" men surronding the president. Put more troops in..surpress the insurgencey and THEN give it to the Iraqi Security Forces, give them something they can handle
