Dec 30, 2008 - i was having problems too, but i realized you have to lift up your hand as you're shuffling them. you can't leave your fingers on the table and push them in with the pads on your fingers, you have to use your fingertips.

Dec 31, 2008 - A good way to train yourself is to take 4 chips of each colour, and stack them in sequence in the 2 piles, then shuffle. If you were successful, the colours of the chips should be together. I'm doing that right now.
