How to Cook Ramen Noodles

As soon as you start thinking damn why is there so much fat, calories, sodium, etc, you'll realize that you need to double those numbers because your only looking at the amount for half the pack lol! Does anybody know where all that fat comes from? The noodle or the seasonings?
