Pokemon Pearl - Catching Palkia

I restarted the game on Pearl and im finally back to catch Palkia again, before this battle my pokemon's levels seemed ok to me, but in the fight against Palkia, i quickly realised they are very under levelled, well maybe apart from Infernape. 2nd battle against it was just pure luck really. Infernape was from GTS Torterra was my starter Pokemon Staraptor was caught by me Pikachu was from GTS Empoleon was from GTS Riolu is from the egg on Iron Island
